Important Notice
Urgent instructions regarding online and offline verification of examination results/educational details of students
- Institutional authorities and employers of various government and non-government departments/institutions are specially directed to verify the educational details of the teachers/employees appointed by them or the students admitted in the institution from the year 2003 to 2020. Get it done online only from the result made available on the website.
- For offline verification, the educational details of the students of the years prior to the year 2003 as well as of the examinations between the years 2003 to 2020, the educational details of some such students whose online uploaded details have any partial variation, only in such cases They should be sent to the concerned regional offices of the Council only for verification. He should not be sent to the Secretary, Secondary Education Council, Uttar Pradesh Prayagraj.
- The records of examination years only prior to 1986 (prior to 1984 for the districts of Council's regional office Meerut) should be sent to the Secretary, Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh, Prayagraj for verification.
- The educational details of the concerned student/candidate from the district from where he/she has passed his/her high school or intermediate examination, i.e. his/her mark sheets/certificates should be sent to the regional offices of the council related to that district.
- For offline verification, whatever records related to the educational details of the students, such as their marksheets/certificates, should be sent to them high school/intermediate examination-wise, then district-wise under the concerned regional offices of the council, after that examination year-wise and serial number-wise, they should be sorted separately. After doing this, it should be sent directly to the concerned regional offices of the council in a systematic manner, so that it can be possible to get the verification work done in time.

छात्र/छात्राओं के परीक्षाफलों/शैक्षिक विवरणों का ऑनलाइन एवं ऑफलाइन सत्यापन कराये जाने के सम्बन्ध में अत्यावश्यक निर्देश
- विभिन्न सरकारी एवं गैर-सरकारी विभागों/संस्थाओं के संस्थाधिकारियों को एवं नियोक्ताओं को विशेष रुप से निर्देशित किया जाता है कि वे अपने यहां नियुक्त अध्यापकों/कर्मचारियों अथवा संस्था में प्रवेश लिये छात्र-छात्राओं के वर्ष 2003 से 2020 तक के शैक्षिक विवरणों का सत्यापन इस वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध कराये गये परीक्षाफल से ही आनलाइन कराये ।
- ऑफलाइन सत्यापन हेतु वर्ष 2003 से पूर्व के वर्षों के छात्र-छात्राओं के शैक्षिक विवरणों को तथा इसके साथ ही वर्ष 2003 से 2020 के मध्य की परीक्षाओं कतिपय ऐसे छात्र-छात्राओं शैक्षिक विवरणों को जिनके आनलाइन अपलोड विवरणों में कोई आंशिक भिन्नता है, केवल ऐसे प्रकरणों के सत्यापन हेतु ही उन्हें परिषद के सम्बन्धित क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयों को भेजा जाय। इन्हे सचिव, मााध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद उत्तर प्रदेश प्रयागराज न भेजा जाय ।
- सचिव, मााध्यमिक शिक्षा परिषद उत्तर प्रदेश प्रयागराज को केवल 1986 से पूर्व के (परिषद के क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय मेरठ के जनपदों हेतु 1984 से पूर्व के) परीक्षा वर्षों के ही अभिलेख सत्यापन हेतु भेजे जांय ।
- सम्बन्धित छात्र-छात्रा/अभ्यर्थी ने जिस जनपद से अपनी हाईस्कूल अथवा इण्टरमीडिएट परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण किया है उसके शैक्षिक विवरणों को अर्थात उसके अंकपत्र/प्रमाणत्रों को उस जनपद से सम्बन्धित परिषद के क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयों को भेजा जाय ।
- ऑफलाइन सत्यापन हेतु छात्र-छात्राओं के शैक्षिक विवरणों से सम्बन्धित जो भी अभिलेख यथा उनके अंकपत्र/प्रमाणपत्र भेजे जांय उन्हे हाईस्कूल/इण्टरमीडिएट परीक्षावार, तदोपरांत परिषद के सम्बन्धित क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयों के अन्तर्गत आने वाले जनपदवार, इसके पश्चात परीक्षा वर्षवार एवं अनुक्रमांकवार छांटकर उन्हे अलग-अलग करके सुव्यवस्थित तरीके से परिषद के सम्बन्धित क्षेत्रीय कार्यालयों को सीधे भेजा जाय, जिससे समय से सत्यापन कार्य कराया जाना सम्भव हो सके ।
